Booking policy

𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the balance due.

 

𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗟: We strive to accommodate all clients promptly. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment. After 15 mins the appointment will be canceled.

 

𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬: Payments are due at the time of service. We accept 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗵, 𝘇𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲, 𝗱𝗲𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀. Please note that a 2.9% processing fee will be added to the total amount for credit card transactions. Gratuities can be given in cash or added to card payments.

 

𝗚𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧: For the comfort and safety of all clients, we request that only those receiving services be present in the service area.
